Access comprehensive, judgment-free healthcare services in partnership with Shelter Health Network (SHN)

Drop-in Clinic every Tuesday - Friday at The Hub from 1:00 - 4:00 PM

Our Healthcare Services:

  • Primary Care Drop-In

    Patients can access Shelter Health Network family physicians who specialize in delivering care to people experiencing homelessness and/or addictions. No health card is required, and all ages are welcome.

    Drop-in hours are Tuesday - Friday from 1:00 – 4:00 PM.

  • Street Health Clinics

    Our Street Health Clinic offers services such as STI testing (including anonymous HIV and Hep C rapid testing), harm reduction supplies, and overdose response kits. Targeted to those that are street involved and meant to remove barriers for accessing important health care services. No health card is required, and all ages are welcome.

    Drop-in hours are Mondays from 1:00 - 4:00 PM.

  • Wound Care Drop-In

    Our evening wound care clinic offers low-barrier nursing care for vulnerable community members, including people experiencing homelessness. We provide acute wound care and ongoing follow-up in a community setting, helping prevent complications and reduce emergency room visits. No health card is required, and all ages are welcome.

    Drop-in hours are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 – 8:00 PM.

The SkinCARE Project

The SkinCARE Project is a student-led initiative that provides skin health resources to unhoused communities in multiple cities across Canada. In Hamilton, the project operates across several community sites, including The Hub Clinic, and distributes skin care kits, educational booklets on skin health, and referrals to local resources. Each kit also includes a handwritten note from a volunteer, fostering connection and care within our community.

ForSEE Eye Care Clinics

FORSEE Canada is an organization committed to supporting accessible, high-quality eye care throughout Canada and beyond, with initiatives supporting innovation, education, and community outreach. The Hub has partnered with FORSEE Canada to deliver vision screening clinics, providing community members with access to ophthalmologist-led screenings to support early detection and ongoing vision health.
